Primary Responsibilities :
Design, develop and maintain healthcare applications and components including browser-based single page apps, micro frontends, microservices and orchestrated workflow.
Spring Boot, Angular 9 / 10, GraphQL, Microsoft Azure, TypeScript and testing tools figure heavily into a typical day’s work
Manage team to provide excellent customer service while resolving customer complaints
Participate in all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing and follow Agile / Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases every 2 weeks
Work with other leaders in other groups to define and align on standard operating procedures and best practices
Developing and enabling continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) for search system components
Participate in the Agile design, development, testing, and release of new capabilities and features with focus on release
Become a SME on product functionality
Produce and / or review technical documentation that includes, but is not limited to : use cases, business requirements, technical requirements, developer user stories, product user guides, and programming specifications
Document and communicate design and application code specifications and details to other team members
Adapt to new programming languages, methodologies, platforms and frameworks to support the business needs
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and / or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and / or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and / or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).

Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree. Equivalent combination of education, experience and / or applicable military experience will be considered
11+ years of programming and full software development life-cycle experience
10+ years of experience in Java and its framework
7+ years of experience with web UI frameworks such as Angular and ReactJS
7+ years of web service API development experience
5+ years of experience with one or more automated testing tools e.g., Protractor
3+ years of experience working with Azure Functions, UITK, Terraform
1+ years of experience working with Postgres
Good knowledge and work experience on Spring technologies, Angular, Microsoft Azure, GraphQL and understanding of DevOps concepts and tools
Healthcare industry experience
Ability to perform assigned software development tasks using established standards and procedures without any supervision
Strong technical skills including solid understanding of software development methodologies and principles
Ability make or contribute to design decisions
Ability to meet scheduled task requirements within assigned deadlines
Ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
