You will work with others to ensure that processes are understood and that changes are effectively implemented. To excel in this role, you will keep a close track on actions and issues and ensure they are resolved on a timely basis.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that services are provided and measured, including vendor management, contract management and service level agreements, offer suggestions to other stakeholders to enhance the experience strategy, ensure value delivery using performance metrics and analysis, and work with others to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement to ensure customer-focused delivery of services.

    The position is within IBS Supplier experience tower. Resource will interface with various IBS stakeholders including Procurement, Spend Areas, Finance and IBS partners.

    Drive different spend leakage initiatives with Mondelēz stakeholder and IBS partners to deliver business impact.

    Main responsibilities

  • The selected candidate is expected to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive contract compliance and additional spend leakage opportunities & recovery efforts
  • Running robust governance and timely escalation of project related risks and potential mitigation plan to drive timely closure of all open items
  • Demonstrating a future-focused mindset, digital solutions. Collaborate with Digital partners to support and develop digital leakage identification model and ideal future process to prevent leakage proactively
  • Close collaboration with regional finance teams to record identified claims and associated agency fee per agreed terms
  • Drive effective change management with internal and external stakeholders
  • Education / Certifications :

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or related discipline
  • STP background preferably Accounts Payable or Procurement experience
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to work with multiple and diverse stakeholders
  • Action oriented and technology+ savvy individual to quickly learn in a dynamic environment
  • Desired

  • Experience in Shared Service Environments (2-5 years)
  • Experience in Auditing
  • Travel requirements : No

    Work schedule : MEU hours to support Global initiative
