Job Duties & Responsibilities :
Lead all development testing requests
Review solution design / testing strategy and provide inputs to the teams
Drive prioritization meetings and agree priority with stakeholders.
Lead and drive review meetings with end-user teams and understand their concerns and priorities.
Lead and provide technical expertise and leadership to DevOps team.
Propose and implement improvement initiatives.
Effective stakeholder management of a diverse group of people including management, business and other platform SMEs.
Leadand take ownership for the proper running of the application.
Required Experience :
10+years of PeopleSoft Financials Technical Production / Development experience
Provenleadership and management skills with 3 or more years of managing / leadingPeopleSoft Technical resources
Experiencewith PeopleSoft implementation and major upgrades involving multiple modules
Expertknowledge of most of the following areas : PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Workflow,Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker
Indepth knowledge of reporting tools (PS Query, Tree Manager, PS / nVision, CrystalReports, SQR, XML Publisher)
ThoroughKnowledge of Infrastructure & configuration of Application Server, WebServer and Process Scheduler
Workingknowledge of DB2 Database and AIX / Linux Operating Systems
Abilityto estimate the level of effort for development, effective triaging of issues,timely resolutions of user problems or issues
Handson technical / implementation experience in at least 3 offollowing PeopleSoft financials modules GL, AR / BI, AP, EX, and AM
Abilityto multi-task, provide routine status updates to lead and stakeholders, andmeet project deadlines
Abilityto communicate technical and non-technical information clearly and articulately
