Job Description :
Â· Experience in Implementation, Customization and Configuration of different ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Desk, CMDB, Service Level, Reporting, Portal, Knowledge Management, PPM
Â· Good experience of functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) Tools and ITIL Processes / Functions.
Â· Experience in project delivery and working directly with customers and client.
Â· Expertise on import / export of configuration / asset data.
Â· Knowledge of Web Services (XML, HTML, Web Services, REST etc.)
Â· Knowledge of Database relationships.
