Duties & responsibilities

Context

JLL is seeking a Pega system architects to join its JBS Automation CoE team. This resource’s primary responsibility will be to implementation and maintenance of Pega workflows and process application, prove out new technologies that have business applicability.

We are looking for an architect who thinks out of the box and is always excited about new challenges. It is very important to both participate in multiple initiatives through project teams and be hands-

on while delivering early prototypes.

What this job involves

  • Responsible for ensuring the platform is stable, performs at an acceptable level, implement features to work as expected
  • Act of a single point of contact for business users and assist with how to process and technical questions
  • Track and manage project related issues and escalate risks early and often
  • Should be able to serve as the first level of support for issues.
  • Must be proficient and have a deep understanding of products features and platforms capability
  • To apply you need to have

  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in Pega and PRPC, Support, business process optimization, and customer / stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-
  • scale, business-centric and process-based applications.

  • Practical experience with test and deploy processes of workflows within Pega.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Working with business and architecture teams to evaluate modern technologies, develop prototypes and lead modernization of JLL technology platform
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal, written and formal presentation formats (English).
  • Ability to communicate business and technical issues to technical teams and clients.
  • Experience working with BPM workflow, customer service based applications.
  • Performance objectives

    Work closely with JLL colleagues to understand business requirements as well the assigned application and partners, an effort to becoming a subject matter expert on JLL Business Process Management and capabilities

    Key skills

  • Experience in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-
  • scale, business-centric and process-based applications.

  • Practical experience with test and deploy processes of workflows within Pega.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Working with business and architecture teams to evaluate modern technologies, develop prototypes and lead modernization of JLL technology platform
  • Basic understanding of CSS / HTML, Database, Web Services, API’s, and Wireframes
  • Certification in Industry leading BPM is a big plus
  • Employee specification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering Required
  • Experience with Agile Software development life cycle
  • Extensive BPM knowledge, and experience on mapping processes and requirements into an effective solution through Pega Platform
  • Proficient using UI controls, workflow development, declarative, activities, reports, correspondence, and decision rules
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, business stakeholders, and senior management team
  • Excellent communication (written, oral, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with mobile development and solution is a plus
