For this role we believe you have minimum 5-7 years with increased responsibility in business steering or finance related field as well as 3-
5 years as a manager with experience from store or country / company level. Further, you have strong communication and networking skills with capacity to influence decisions and commitments in different parts of the organisation as well as proven record of successful leadership, developing people and provide support, coaching, training, and career direction to others.
In addition you are fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken. You have knowledge in the following areas :

Be a pro-active, trustworthy business partner who takes a multi-dimensional view of the business, connecting the needs of customers and the organisation with a complete overview of the profit & loss, and understanding of the balance sheet and cash flow management.
Supporting and challenging the organisation through business-case thinking. Take the lead in developing and promoting lean, simple and effective ways of working.
