Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of :

S&P Specialist

Location : Lodz, Poland

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience of working within procurement area

Very good English (preferably C1 level)

Knowledge of Procurement commodities

Very good communication skills in writing and in direct contact with customer

Knowledge of MS Excell in advance level

Preferably knowledge of SAP or Ariba

Ability to work under strong time pressure

Key Responsibilities :

Validation and approval of Purchase Requests

Purchase Order creation and management

Procurement knowledge related ad-hoc support for client stakeholders

Team daily workload split coordination

Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers

Ensuring efficiency & high quality of S&P processes

Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
