  • Responsible for generating new business relationships and dealing with the foreign clients(UAE,Dubai etc).
  • Bring business from gulf countries as well as pan India.
  • Continue follow up with clients on a regular basis and taking Manpower requirements.
  • Ability to manage the full life cycle recruitment process including : candidate sourcing, technical screening, reference checking, client interviews, salary negotiations, closing & follow up.
  • Responsible for increasing client base and get new business and expand existing Business.
  • Interlocking with the client on a regular basis to understand technical requirements, their needs and for Market intelligence.
  • Extensive hands on experience in recruitment for entry, lead and senior management
