Being an Expert (Trainer) for the Competence Centre at MINOC, NielsenIQ, you will be responsible for in-house technical Client Instructions training to support initiatives that will have a significant impact on NielsenIQ’s business.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all of APMEA & GSO’s knowledge requirements (with respect to Client Instruction / CPS) are fulfilled.

Identify knowledge gaps through KPIs and Incidents, and prevent recurrence wherever possible by bridging this gap.

This role is based out of Chennai.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate and own all Client Instructions technical training plans for Nielsen Operations Centre in Malaysia and India, and relevant in-market teams.
  • To conduct and administer technical training schedules effectively.
  • To be able to deliver technical training.
  • To assess and propose training needs and gap analysis.
  • To develop technical training material where needed and improvise existing training material.
  • To drive use of new techniques and digitization in training environment.
  • Operate in a virtual / multi-cultural environment, liaising as needed with stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Propose new effective, error-proof and optimized solutions and process improvements.
  • Analyze and identify gaps and areas for improvement in production environment and drive convergence of processes and tools.
  • Identify and implement solutions that translate into standardization and process efficiency while balancing local BAU needs.
  • A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU

  • In addition to technical training, you will drive learning engagements globally for APMEA & GSO.
  • You should be able to effectively and collaboratively across functions, departments, geographies and cultures, with effective communication, negotiation skills, verbal and written;
  • able to deliver messages to different types of audiences (internal teams, or senior leaders).

  • You should have strong interpersonal skills, be technically savvy, creative, curious, always willing to learn new things, and self-driven.
  • Qualifications

  • Relevant CIP experience (CI / CPS) - 2 years minimum.
  • Experience of 1 year minimum as professional trainer in a corporate environment.
  • Candidate with Bachelor’s degree / Masters
  • Strong knowledge of Output processes, systems, SOPs
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to solve challenging problems
  • Proven communication, interpersonal skills and high energy
  • Common business language knowledge (English) : speaking and writing with fluency.
