  • In this role, you will be responsible for balancing a team size of 30 individuals. You will function as a FLM who will close 1-0-1 discussion with your team members and drive performance management in your team.
  • Responsibilities

  • Balancing day to day operations and dealing with process metrics and Identify process anomalies and get those fixed
  • Proactive approach in recognizing emerging trends like potential frauds, accuracy, staffing challenges and fix them
  • Should be able to communicate effectively with client and the Process management on issues related to the subject and Provide Critical VOC / observations or call out patterns to the business in case of any anomalies
  • Drive the digital agenda in the business and Developing next generation of people leaders
  • Resource should have ability to work and operate in a high volume and tight timeline environment to meet Service Level Agreements & customer demands.
  • Shown ability to work with customers and effectively communicating anomalies
  • Qualification we seek in you

    Minimum qualifications

  • Any Graduate (Except Technical)
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, MIS understanding, have a good knowledge of PowerPoint presentations
  • Flexibility to quickly shift priorities, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous requirements in fast paced environment and balance all to completion
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Prior experience in leading team of 25-30 members will be an advantage
