Your Responsibilities

ï · Ability to be one point contact for all hiring needs of the company

ï · Manage entire hiring life cycle including sourcing, shortlisting,interviewing, scheduling, tracking, on boarding, etc.

ï · Coordinating with various HR agencies for all hiring requirements

ï · Maintaining all portals like, indeed, linkedin, etc.

ï · Manage and solve all employee grievances

ï · Communicate and ensure adherence of all company policies by allemployees

ï · Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

ï · Previous Experience : 3 to 5 years of relevant hiring experience inlogistics / operations companies like ekart, gojavas, dtdc, grofers, etc. orrecruitment agencies
