    Key responsibilities of the role :

  • Would be responsible for assessments of Cloud Contact Center, provide solution recommendation especially linked to Cloud Contact Centre Service, work with the cloud contact center vendors and Accenture teams to respond to RFI’s and RFP’s & support manage delivery
  • Experience :
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in delivering software as service or platform as a service projects related to cloud CC service providers such as Amazon, Five9, Genesys (and ININ) or Nice or any other cloud solution.
  • Solution Design in Cloud (Private / Public / Hybrid) Environments, Server Virtualization, Datacenter Consolidation, Cloud Operations / Orchestration and Team Leading
  • Must be Cloud Solution certified
  • Aware of one of the programming / scripting languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, C# / .net
  • Experience in setting up cloud instances, account / users with security profiles and designing applications
  • Familiarity and / or experience with public cloud infrastructures and technologies such as Google Cloud Engine or Microsoft Azure will be a plus
  • Designing highly available applications with responsibility for infrastructure robustness, including networking, communications, server hardware and storage, Application, server, and / or network security
  • Good to have knowledge of AWS cloud solutions services such as Lex, Connect, Kinesis, Redshift, S3, CloudFront.
  • Good to have exposure to Amazon Connect Amazon’s Contact Centre offering.

  • Basic qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • MBA is good to have
