Responsible for Institutional / Project sales.
Develop long term strategies with key Architects and Specifiers to evolve loyal HRJ customers.
Job responsibilities include prospecting for new clients by Networking, Cold Calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients and convince the clients to do business with company.
Identify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
Identifying & developing new streams for long term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve recurring / referral business
Responsible for growing and retaining existing accounts by presenting new solutions and service to clients.
Analyse business potential, conceptualise & execute strategies to drive sales augment turnover and achieve targets to ensure work in sync with the corporate laid parameters.
Monitor competitor activities; update on new launches, communication & other activities and devise effective counter measures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Age : 20 years to 35 years
Experience : Must have at least 2 years of experience in Project sales or Institutional sales .
