Job Purpose :

Project Manager will have accountability to autonomously manage and support the implementation of large complex, high impact projects / programmes across the region, in multiple countries for the business line.

Project manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of IT / Service line.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Ensure compliance to applicable Project Management standards
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Skills Required

  • Project management experience
  • Experience in working on Agile projects
  • Able to take ownership and work independently to drive critical projects to completion
  • Experience of managing budgets
  • Should have experience working in agile and devops environment using team collaboration tools such as Confluence, JIRA
  • Extensive technical experience and development expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Angular
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data)
  • Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
  • Maintains the release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners, vendors. Acquisition

  • Relationships : Managers & Architects; IT Domain Leads; Information Security Risk Managers.
  • Strategic importance Medium : Influential in the continued development of Portfolio strategy & standards.
  • Regulatory & risk C / D - Identifies risks against defined Project Standards, drives execution in compliance with Project Management standards
  • Certifications, Qualifications & Experience (For the Job not the Job holder.Minimum requirements of the Job)

    PMP certification will be added qualification

    Agile certification will be added qualification
