4+ years of Hands-on experience in Statistical modelling & Machine learning techniques like Random Forest, Boosting, Decision trees, clustering, regression analysis, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis and forecasting methodologies using SAS, R or other tools like Python
Should have expertise in client facing roles and analytical models like Customer segmentation analytics, Propensity models, Life cycle management, starting from acquisition, cross-sell and retention analytics, client based targeting, behavioural modelling, profitability analysis and pricing
Responsible for handling a team of Data scientists / Analysts in BFSI marketing analytics space and accountable for delivering projects from conceptualization to implementation
5+ years of experience with MNC banks in BFSI domain and good knowledge on Retail banking, Core Banking, Insurance etc. (Analytical and Business)
Strong quantitative aptitude to be able to look at the data / historic trends to be able to derive business insights / recommendations.
Proficiency in building story from insights based on various models.
Strong knowledge and experience in SAS, R, SQL and excellent MS Office skills.
Big Data experience is preferable
