3.Provide technical supporting for customer query, trouble shooting, up gradation, expansion and optimization for CEM(OSS) maintenance.

4. Assist presales / project / designing / training teams in various roles as CEM(OSS).

1.Responsible for Integration & Commissioning, testing, troubleshooting of Huawei Wireless BSC / RNC / eNodeb2.Responsible for handling the technical discussion with customers throughout the project phase ( From network design to implementation till handover)3.

Responsible for Network Designing & Planning of wireless Networks during the project phase.4.Provide support in defining and implementing network solutions for improvements of network.

5.Provide support in troubleshooting and identify network faults and take appropriate remedial actions.

  • Provide Technical RCA for all contractual KPIS.· Parameter and feature Check and provide suggestion to improve network quality.
  • Cell / BSC / Node B / RNC / EnodeB performance and KPI check and monitoring.· Analysis of Network performance issues.· Creation network changes as per the CR process · Support new Network node creation data related to RF.
  • Ensure network audit and check for present network requirement.· Able to verify and work on the plan provided by planning team.
  • Capacity management to ensure no accessibility issue and provide possible solution to mitigate capacity crunch. · Liaise with team members to meet end customer expectation.

    Resolution of trouble tickets raised by NOC / Customer / LNOC Teams

  • Fault management on all NEs and follow up with support in case of escalated cases.
  • Node Health Checks
  • Analysis of Network performance issues
  • Implement network changes as per the CR process
  • Support new Network node integrations and Acceptance.
  • Ensure current license and software versions are suitable for the present network requirement.
  • Able to verify and execute the plan provided by planning team.
  • Capacity management and reporting in case of possible breach in capacity.
  • Liaise with 3rd Party Suppliers / Vendors for resolution of the Faults / Problems needing vendor support.
  • Validating and maintaining the Known Error Database (KEDB) for Telecom Nodes.
  • Identify root cause of Priority 1 and Priority 2 Incidents and recommend appropriate resolution action and other events that Customer identify as requiring Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
