The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Team Sr Engineer of a product engineering, support or delivery and integration team, reporting to the Director.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Purpose of the Role :
Architect, Solution Design, Development, Lead, Troubleshooting, Support and Debugging of .Net solutions and RPA Integration Solutions built on Blue prism Platform.
Being a Senior Engineer, lead the team towards overall team goals, objectives with ownership, responsibilities with customer centric delivery approach.
Responsibilities :
Manage Robotic Process Automation (Blue Prism) Infrastructure.
Handling the Run activities of Blue Prism Tool.
Administration of Blue Prism (Queue Management, Process Management and Task Management)
Implementation and operation of RPA solutions using Blue Prism and .Net Technologies
Analyses requirements / user stories to appropriately support design activities
Performs technical aspects of software development for assigned applications
Performs hands-on design, and development of systems
Functions as a development member of an agile team and helps drive consistent development practices
Individual contributor working on writing code, support and testing
Conducts code reviews and builds test cases
Debugs software components, identifies, fixes and verifies remediation of code defects
Performs ongoing refactoring of code and continuously improves product
Identifies opportunities to adopt innovative technologies
Ensures Engineers adhere to SDLC standards
Ensures timely completion and quality of all documentation and deliverables produced by engineering team
Delivers a quality product that meets the defined Acceptance Criteria

Developing RPA plans and strategies for automation integrations.
Ensure correct resources are applied to the delivery of projects or processes.
Make timely decisions regarding simple and complex business critical automation integrations using RPA.
Provide oversight and appropriate delegation of key deliverables for projects.
Document current and desired future state capabilities, incorporating industry leading technologies that enhance AXP's ability to manage information security risk and protect data.
Facilitate improvement automation solutions by working with all levels across Technology to determine security technology or other solutions that align with business strategies, Technology strategic direction and compliance objectives.

Education & Experience :
8 - 12 years of software development experience in a professional environment and / or comparable experience such as :
Familiar with Agile or other rapid application development methods
Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages as appropriate
Hands-on expertise with application design, software development and automated testing
Confirmed experience with object-oriented design and coding with variety of languages
Mandatory 5+ years of experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) functional space, worked in Blue Prism Application development, Blue Prism Application Solution Design and support
Must have experience in managing and leading RPA infrastructure
Must have 5+ years of hands on coding experience using .Net Technologies and experiance in leading teams
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required; advanced degree preferred
