Key Purpose - The position is responsible for managing Accounting & Reporting for project operation, fixed assets, internal controls, internal audit This includes ensuring overall compliance to all statutory norms, timely payments to all vendors' suppliers and employees etc.

The role is also responsible for project CWIP review and timely capitalisation. ALl SOP compliance Key Performance Area -

  • Accurate and Timely operations of accounts payable function
  • CWIP review and Capitalisation as per SOP & Ind As
  • Adherence to Statutory Compliance
  • Timely preparation monthly financial statements
  • Accurate and Timely preparation of MIS reports
  • Fixed assets review
  • Capitalization
  • Internal COntrol compliance, SOP compliance
  • Internal Audit com Project budget & IO Control
  • Tracking of internal Order budget and scrutinize expenses booked under the same to ensure accuracy of IO utilization
  • Ensure accurate tracking pf POE Exp / Finance charges & interest cost
  • Creation & maintenance of AUC under project
  • Ensure timely MIS related to project cost & utilization of fund under project
  • Statutory Compliance and Audit

  • Prepare data required for various audits; coordinate and support statutory and tax audits to ensure completion within prescribed timelines
  • Monitor compliance of statutory transfer pricing provisions including documentation of international and domestic transactions
  • Support Tax Audit and provided all necessary information as required
  • Interface with Tax Auditors and regulatory authorities for assessments and remittances and clarify / resolve gaps, issues
  • Ensure compliance to control guidelines and corporate audit observations

    Accounts Payable Operations

  • Monthly Review of Work in Progress & Analysis of completed Assets
  • Co-ordination with project team for Capitalisation & allocation of cost
  • Scrutiny of expenses booked under Project for eligibility
  • Bifurcation & Allocation of cost related to project - Pre-Operative Exp / Scrap / Material Cost
  • Fund requirement & Cash flow panning for Internal Order
  • PR / PO review for accuracy of work order created & proper utilisation of fund
  • Tracking cash flow of project fund separately
  • Scrutinise and ensure adequate financial controls are implemented at all locations and proactively escalate if required
  • Fixed Assets Review in line with internal policy
