com, mobile, social media, video, and email. This position focuses on the customer experience; creating compelling branded, relevant messages that motivate existing clients and prospects to act.
The Senior Copywriter will work closely with the Creative Director to create solutions that achieve business requirements and deliver ideas and messages that improve engagement, conversion, and the overall customer experience.
This position presents work, explains the strategic and creative thinking behind the work and, in particular, dives into messages, both experiential and promotional in nature.
As a Senior Copywriter you will work collaboratively with the Marketing Design Team, Marketing Manager, Site Managers, Product Managers, and Technology Leads to continually improve the user / brand experience across all Royal Cyber channels.
The job involves a wide range of complexity in conceptualization and technical execution. The candidate must be able to approach a project from a usercentric perspective, but never lose sight of the business goals when developing solutions.
Specific Job Skills : Deep understanding of online promotions and marketing. Advanced understanding of AP Style and SEO principles.
MS Office proficiency from a design perspective and Adobe. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities : Writes copy exhibiting a mastery of writing styles required for UI, online promotions and branding, email, long content, product, and SEO to ensure copy aligns with best practices and standards.
Creates clear, concise, conversational, onbrand messages that inspire clients and prospects to follow specific calls to action in online executions.
Produces conceptual work under the direction of the Creative Director that illustrates a forwardthinking mentality. Presents copy, concepts and ideas to business stakeholders, managers and directors and acts on that feedback to improve copy language, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Interpersonal Contacts : Immediate contacts will be Marketing Manager and the Creative Director. Supervisory Responsibility : Position is not supervisory in nature.
Education and Experience : BS / BA degree in related field. 57+ years related professional experience. Knowledge of digital commerce technologies is highly preferred.
