JobPurpose Supervisor for the SalesLeads and CEP RMs KeyAccountabilities

  • Responsible for the overall acquisition business from the empanelled corporates and generating revenue through cross sell of banking and Third Party products
  • Identifyinglocal SME / MME relationships for embedding the corporate salary program and workclosely with CRM team JobDuties & responsibilities

  • Manage the daily Sales rigour and processes for the business
  • Responsible for the overall acquisition of clients and generate revenue through cross sell of banking and Third Party products with the support of team members (Sales Leads / RM-CPM / FTCs)
  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources to ensure COA / CPA remains within given budget
  • Connect with SPOCs of top 100 accounts in the portfolio and extract maximum inductions and migrations from the corporate campus
  • Design and map the lifecycle journey of all sales team members
  • Design and execute RNR program for all Sales team members
  • Ensure all team members are certified as per the requirement to source Third Party products
  • Identify, Plan and execute cross-sell opportunities
  • Ensure lower attrition of team members through regular engagement and providing regular feedbacks
