We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical and detail oriented candidate to own the end to end process as related to annual salary survey at global level.
In this role, you will :
Establish overall survey submission project plan, based upon projected survey needs;
Compile employee compensation data from various sources and submit to global survey vendors;
Assist Compensation Consultants in completing regional / business specific surveys;
Propose salary survey purchase plan, based upon survey utilization to maximize the ROI of defined budget;
Conduct analysis to support Annual Range Building (e.g., Salary Survey Aging factor and Market Data Composite);
Explore opportunities to leverage vendor resources to complete surveys;
Execute audits to identify opportunities for policy gaps and process improvements opportunities.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with high attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Candidates must have excellent analytical capabilities, be comfortable diving deep into data, and can communicate clearly and effectively to people both within and outside the company.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
2+ years of professional experience in HR or related fields
Experience with Excel, Access, SQL, or other scripting languages
Experience leading medium to large sized projects and / or using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
Ability to deal with ambiguity and take initiatives when needed
Can take on multiple projects simultaneously
Able to communicate effectively with internal clients and external vendors
Compensation domain knowledge and related experience
