JD : - CIS Automation Practice is a business transformation journey, which encompasses all aspects of Technology Infrastructure automation, from Robotic Process Automation, IT Process Automation and evolves all the way to cognitive, machine learning, intelligent chatbots and artificial intelligence.
Intelligent infrastructure automation is highly strategic, with the target of significantly improving the process quality, customer experience and the aim of delivering cost reduction.
The practice lead will drive IA as a transformational agent to shift CIS to new ways of working enabling CIS to become software-
driven intelligent enterprise, the role holder will provide management and leadership of the practice team ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of resources within the environment, delivering people / talent management.
Lead innovation, ideation across the entire CIS footprint and leverage evolving technologies to identify opportunities of efficiencies driving business excellence.
Drive Automation-as-a-Service as prescribed for the clients Respond to pre-sales solutions for all Automation related pursuits within CIS Work together with CIS practices and technology partners to constantly innovate, identify new news and new technologies enabling to deliver additional value to the client.
Challenge established norms and ways of working when they are wasteful, complex or inward-looking. - Pragmatic but analytical in approaching problems at any scale;
solutions should be tailored to the most important constraints and opportunities. Understanding of existing infrastructure technology components, with a good grasp of associated services, processes and ways of working.
Ability to design and develop PoCs for automation solutions in Client environment and demonstrate the value of the PoC / automation demo to Clients.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies that are prevalent in automation projects (ref : hirist.com)
