Job Responsibilities

Primary Skills EUS Voice Call support

Secondary Skills Windows L1 Support

Job Description Mandatory Role Description a Provide Level 1 troubleshooting for Client end user infrastructure and applications PC basic business applications mobile etc

b Desktops and Laptops support with Core Load MS Office Win 7 10 Citrix Clients

c Account Management User Attestation activities will include o Account Unlock and Password Reset o New hire provisioning termination related enablement

d Coordinate Service Request equipment requests Resolution

e End User How to support activities will include o Desktop and operating system related How to queries Commonly asked Microsoft Office How to queries o Service management process related clarification

f Level 1 knowledge management by documenting support activities and keeping the knowledge base up to date

g Remote Desktop Support troubleshooting activities will include o Installation configuration and ongoing usability of desktop computers peripheral equipment and software o Coordination with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software o Software installation the current approved list of software that may be installed on a Client PC will be reviewed and signed off by both the parties on quarterly bases o Microsoft Outlook configuration o Operating system related issues o Application configuration
