The Corporate Development Manager at TandemNZ needs to be passionate about nurturing and supporting the growth of the corporate development segment responsible for fundraising and investor relations.

Responsibilities

  • The Corporate Development Manager would be required to develop and execute strategies on fund raising and investor relations.
  • The profile requires working closely with the leadership team and support functions in order to achieve set strategic objectives.
  • Support all the investment related initiatives and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders and leadership teams to obtain, manage and approach prospects.
  • Build, sustain and constantly grow a network in the target profile circle.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of strategy aligned prospects and provide high-quality account management with an aim to maximize fund generation and relationship longevity.
  • Conceptualize, prepare and present tailored collaterals for investor meetings and brand communication.
  • Provide constant process evolution to adopt best practices and innovative strategy and approach.
  • The profile requires multitasking, ability to conceptualize, implement new processes, create - update follow up, attention to detail, working under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data.
  • The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges facing the senior management.

  • Constantly update expertise in current investor market.
  • Requires deep analysis and understanding of data.
  • Individual research projects including market analysis, industry trends & lead generation.
  • The ideal candidate should have abilities in business acumen; strategy formulation and P&L understanding; data comprehension, team work, and relationship management.
  • Required Skill sets & Experience :

  • Advanced presentation & power point skills
  • Advanced level of business acumen; experience in working in a similar role / setup
  • Expertise of target audiences and devising strategies that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets
  • Looking for someone who has relevant experience in the same role. Minimum 3 years experience will be great!
