Should possess good Oral and writtencommunication skills as person needs to interact with Client, Deliveryand internal / external associates.
Good understanding Reporting & Analyticsand Data Management.
Preferably, good hands-on-working on Excel .
Preferably, should have handled customerinteractions / queries / escalations, some L1 support experience
Able to handle the pressure and close therequirements (customer internal / external) on regular basis as at timesin shorter notice
Meticulous tracking and record keepingability and Operations related reporting on a Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis.
Excellent time management and experience ofworking under deadlines.
Proactive and able to work independently (or)as a part of a team.
Flexible approach to work with a focus ondelivery to deadlines and high standards.
