Your field of responsibility

Your responsibilities include :

  • Enablement of external clients to e-Trading products and Research on over 12 platforms, both internal and external to Credit Suisse
  • Validation of user set up and performing quality assurance reviews while meeting expected SLAs
  • Working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with multiple teams across the bank while dealing with BAU and escalations
  • You provide strong written or verbal communication and can clearly articulate solutions and pro-active updates
  • Provide solutions and engage with the relevant business partners to review, improve and optimize the client enablement process and client service experience
  • Seek to ensure a high standard of Ethics and Control are maintained during the enablement process and reporting
  • Be able to work independently on requests, ensuring a high level of detail and completion with a high level of accuracy
  • Provide relevant partners valuable MI in order to drive business decisions
  • Critically evaluate existing processes and constantly look for process improvements or enhancements

    The Client Enablement team (CE) is a global team which is a part of the broader COLM organization which is located across both Raleigh and Pune.

    CE is responsible for the enablement of external clients to research via the Plus portal and the major equity multi-dealer platforms.

    CE also facilitates client enablement to eTrading enablement for Rates & Credit products, FX AES and OTC while maintaining a strong controls environment.

    CE uses their strong business relationships with the front office and Sales in order to provide the highest level of customer service to our clients.

    Your skills and experience

    To excel in this role, you should possess :

    Bachelor's degree is essential with business related coursework or equivalent

    Proficient in MS Office applications and spreadsheet proficiency, including report preparation and presentation experience.

    Experienced in working on requests received via email and has good knowledge of working on MS Outlook.

    Outstanding analytical problem solving skills, interpersonal, and organizational abilities

    Detail orientated and customer service experience

    Proven ability to adopt and maintain a logical approach in a fast paced environment

    Proven ability to challenge existing processes and provide ideas for improvements

    A self-starter, organized with excellent time management skills and accustomed to working with tight deadlines
