In a typical day as a Program / Project Manager, you would Build strong relationships with delivery stakeholders to understand strategy, goals and business needs Build strong relationship with cross-functional teams from different countries and cultures to manage issues / risks and overall customer experience Provide performance feedback on project team members and help in developing action plans and performance improvement plans.

Enable your curiosity and innovation to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies Education and Experience Required University degree in IT, Business, Management, International Relations or equivalent Degree in IT is an advantage 3 years in project management roles or in like roles / businesses.
Six sigma, PMP, ITIL or Prince Certifications are a plus. Knowledge and Skills Language requirements in written and spoken.
You must be fluent in English, good skills in French is an advantage (Additional languages from European countries might also be advantageous) Ability to develop meaningful relationships, rapport and trust with customers, partners and cross-functional teams in a remote model Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong influencing and presentation skills Team player Analytical and problem-solving skills (trends, proactive, reactive and creative) Active listening and influencing Issue and resolution management Passion for IT Optional, highly recommended skills Power BI SharePoint Microsoft Access
