What You'll Do
Product data team (PDT) is a part of Supply Chain Product Operations Innovation team. PDT is in transforming from focusing on data execution to proving value added data management services to stakeholders.
We are seeking a data driven, result oriented operations expert to accelerate transformation. You will be responsible to create end to end offer solution setup in partnership with Supply chain, Business unit marketing and Customer partner services (CPS) teams.
You will also be responsible to identify gaps and opportunities in the existing process and optimize them to drive business impact.
Your key responsibilities will include
Program manage Offer and Product creation in system based on pre defined configuration sheet
Lead vendor resources to ensure timely offer releases
Drive PDT operational process optimization & transformation
Be a trusted advisor for stakeholders to solve business problems
Analyze data sets to make data driven recommendations to improve and optimize existing process

You will partner and collaborate with cross functional teams like BU (business unit) marketing, Customer partner services (CPS), Supply chain OLE (Offer lifecycle enablement), Finance and IT.
You will be the Product and Offer data expert providing operational expertise to cross functional stakeholders to solve business problems
Who You Are
We are looking for a Supply chain expert who also undestands data to drive transformation using analytics.
Fluent English Communication Skills. Strong communication skills, including the ability to influence and persuade others and to collaborate across the business with senior leaders
Strong knowledge and understanding of interdependencies between business processes
Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple related initiatives and deliver on commitments
Foster Teamwork by working cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness
High performance and metrics driven. Make decisions by assessing situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization
Bachelors in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science (MIS)
8-10 years of experience (preferably in Operations or IT) is essential
Product Configuration experience preferred with technical background (preferred)
Understanding of products, supply chain, and routes to market.
Comfortable managing large data sets, extremely analytical, with background in data management systems
