Designation : Senior Team Member

Location : Mumbai - Equinox

Reports to : Manager- Corporate Legal

Primary Activities

  • Automating workflows for different processes and liaising with the tech teams for changes and enhancements as required.
  • Tracking the status and changes required to existing workflows, managing the outstanding tickets with the vendor tech team for unresolved issues.
  • Providing accurate and timely resolution of operational and technical issues relating to different tools (CLM, SalesForce, MS flow and other tools) used by the Legal team.
  • Taking initiative to continuously improve the knowledge management content, processes and usage so that content is easily accessible and readily available.
  • Create new processes and testing new tools; conducting UAT, rollouts and training support to business teams.
  • Ensuring the data sources on entities information, etc and active directory level information is updated at regular intervals.
  • Managing permission levels in the tool and ensuring that both staging and production versions are updated, and backups are maintained.
  • Primary Activities

  • Ensuring e-signatures tags and data tokens are accurately updated in documents.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Expected to work independently on tasks without the need for continuous input.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • A strong work ethic and a high level of productivity.
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Build strong partnerships with all internal / external stakeholders that allow end-to-end seamless delivery and good interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and collaborators like IT teams, tech teams, etc.
  • You must meet : (Qualification and exp)

  • Graduate in Computer applications or Degree in IT.
  • Ability to perform detailed work consistently, accurately, and under pressure.
  • Knowledge of SalesForce, Apttus CLM tools (configuration and Customization). Experience in DocuSign configuration preferred.
  • Microsoft experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Flow and Power BI) with advanced knowledge of Excel & MS Flow.
