The Role Responsibilities
This senior-level individual contributor full-time position encompasses four primary accountabilities :
Headcount controls, Efficiency Target Reporting and MI Develop, maintain and change the rules in the headcount approval tool and Efficiency management tool Monitor and manage the approval matrix and other admin related activities Define and constantly monitor all the in built controls in the system Close interaction with stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of workflow and timely resolution of issues.
Enable smooth reporting and functionalities to users Help develop a robust MI periodic / adhoc as per stakeholder needs as well as self initiated ones.
Continuously improve the MI BAU environment to ensure stability, continuity and as much automation as possible. Ensure change management and sustainability of the BAU environment.
Document and manage all Tools and MI requirements
Budgeting Forecasting and MI Timely setting up of systems and rules for Budgeting / Forecasting exercise Close coordination with the Finance team and development team to facilitate budgeting exercise : Provide MI as required and develop periodic reporting
SPOC for all query resolution on tools including dealing with tech team Query resolution on Headcount tool and Efficiency Tool Analyse and formulate system solutions or fixes in close coordination with the developer.
Functional lead for transition from current tools Responsible for maintaining and developing the requirements document for transition Problem statement definition, evaluation and assessment of functionalities in line with requirement for the transition and close coordination with the tech team

Practical experience with reporting and reporting tools and MI reporting
Strong Communication skills effective written and spoken communication
Preferably a CA
