The HRS Intake Analyst within HRS SD is a role that will be responsible for supporting the Program Manager (L6) in the effective management, maintenance, control, and enhancement of the different processes and procedures involved with the HRS Service Inventory.
This role will also involve closely coordinating with the Service Managers (L5 / L6) and Hub Leaders (L6 / L7) of the different HR Service Delivery Hubs and ensure complete accuracy of the service inventory by auditing the data periodically.
HRS Service Inventory Management :
Validate continued alignment of hub service delivery with data, service inventory, and service design requirements.
Reports to drive ongoing alignment and accountability.
Track and report execution of identified improvement opportunities.
b) Service Delivery and Design Integration :
Communicate and ensure implementation of service changes in the Hub organization.
Provide portfolio reporting to support Hub leaders with capacity planning and help Service Managers for incoming new work.
Capture and incorporate voice of customer feedback in hub operations improvement initiatives.
c) Content Development :
Integrate hub content standardization & requirements into overall service inventory & operating procedures
Ensure workflow and RASCI are followed for post-launch of service inventory with HRS
Hub-to-Service mapping and indicative data (ex. locations, languages supported, POCs by service)
Additional Tasks :
Build close working partnerships with HRS SD hub teams, service insights portfolio managers, service delivery leads, HRS SD program and change managers in order to support the robust operation of service management processes.
Support the seamless integration of new processes into existing service health monitoring and reporting mechanisms., Basic qualifications Basic Qualifications and experience :
Educated to graduate level.
Experience in conducting audits followed by report out of findings
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across geographies
Experience in a multinational and multi-site environment
Process improvement; defining current and to-be state
Reporting and analytics experience
HR Operations and HR process management experience
Self-starter, strong drive, bias for action, and result oriented
Highly organized, able to prioritize and work under pressure on a number of projects at the same time
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the organization
Fluent in English
Experience of working in a shared services model, ideally HR
SLA & KPI development experience
Process audit and compliance experience
Internal or external customer engagement or account management experience
