Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation.
In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Manage & control all operational functions of the kiosk and define roles and responsibilities clearly for all team members.
Ensure adequate coordination with centralized operations teams to maintain high quality service and customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely receipt and submission of regulatory and other reports by / from the kiosk.
Monitor SLAs with for all products received at Kiosk.
Participate in all critical system enhancement and process improvement exercises within T&O.
Identify areas where productivity enhancement and cost reduction initiatives can be introduced.
Minimum 10 to 15 years experience in General Branch Banking Operations out which at least 5 years in a senior / leadership capacity
