S / 4 HANA Digital Core Change Manager

The main responsibilities are :
Primary contact for all pre-prod related transport issues in the S / 4 program implementation
Check transports for technical incompatibilities (e.g. downgrade protection, cross reference check, etc.) and align with project stakeholders on corrections
Oversee transport process e.g. control emergency transport flow, monitor transports for inconsistencies. Use KPI's to improve quality
Monitor Transport queues for irregularities (e.g. wrong status, old developments, etc.) and align correction with relevant stakeholders
Check the DoD has been fulfilled by responsible parties (e.g. change owner, PO, etc.)
Check basics. For e.g. naming convention, description, ticket assignment, etc.
Create ChaRM / transport if required
Work with release management to solve issues
The candidate must have the following skills :
Must speak English fluently
Must have very good communication skills. Be able to describe transport / ChaRM issue and solution to project and development team members
Have the ability to explain technical details to non-technical person
Live ownership culture follow up on issues until they are resolved
Technical knowhow required for this position
Basic ABAP programming skills required
Must fully understand technical objects within SAP
Understand and have worked with transport version management
Experience with SAP Solution Manager as transport system
Experience in configuration of Solution Manager Business Process Monitoring for SAP landscape.
ITIL / Agile Knowledge and experience
Knowledge in ITIL a plus
