Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant
This role requires functional knowledge of all the modules of Oracle HRMS EXIT (separation), ESS, MSS, Contractor, CWB / Fusion, HR Core forms and other HR SaaS tools like Fusion and Taleo.
Configuration and setups for Oracle HRMS, OTL and Fusion modules; software development and support methodologies
Analyzing and resolving solution functional issues and elevating defects and change requests through the Configuration Management Process.
Developing, documenting and executing Standard Operating Procedures for Master Data Maintenance, Account Creation and Maintenance, Identity Management, System Availability Monitoring, Downtime Notification, Month / Year End Procedures and others as identified
Conducting and participating in recurring weekly meetings with deployed customer helpdesk partners to capture agency level issues and share lessons learned
Qualifications Minimum qualifications
Graduate / Post Graduate- Computer Science / IT Preferred qualifications
Test (data and functionality wise) the developed or fixed object in development and test instances, and prepare documents for testing Knowledge on Form personalization.
Should have good expertise in PL / SQL, Reports, Interfaces, Forms, AOL concepts, Custom packages, XML Publisher, Workflow and Discoverer.
