Job Description

  • Job Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required. One-year experience in behavioral health field required;
  • previous management or supervision experience preferred.

    Summary of Job : Manages a system of residential care for seriously mentally ill adults that is responsive to both the needs of clients and community expectations and consistent with guidelines for best practice interventions.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

    Supervisory Responsibilities for : Residential Coordinator, Rehabilitation Specialist, Care Coordinator

    Recruits, trains, and supervises residential Behavioral Health Technicians, House Monitors, and Case Managers; ensures adequate staffing coverage of Centerstone Residential Facilities.

    Oversees collaboration with health care and other service providers referring clients and for the purpose of assessment, treatment and discharge planning, including state operated facilities.

    Provides and supervises rehabilitative services to clients in CBH residential facilities including case management, crisis intervention, medication monitoring, education, life skills, training, clinical triage, and discharge planning.

    Complies with all reporting and data tracking requirements related to funding, accreditation, or licensure of CSI residential programs.

    Regular and Reliable attendance is required.

    Key Performance Indicators :

    Supervised programs are meeting productivity standards.

    Clinical documentation, including treatment plans, for clients served are completed in a timely fashion, according to organizational standards.

    Compliance with safety and accreditation standards for facilities managed.

    Compliance with annual completion of Catalytic Coaching and KPI forms for staff.

    Other Duties and Responsibilities :

    All other duties as assigned.
