Align HR operations to current opportunities and challenges with effective resolution of employee grievances and carrying eye-
for-details to take proactive measures and keep employees engaged with the company.
Manage complete employee life cycle from on-boarding to employee separation.
Maintenance and retrieval of employee records including Personal File, HRIS Data, different employee reports from Adrenalin / related HRIS Software.
Monitor attendance management system.
Supervise Payroll / salary Administration and other employee benefit schemes including statutory compliance like TDS / ESIC / PF etc.
Ensure 100% data accuracy of HRIS, Run and Analyze HRIS data including resolution of gaps identified in HR data management audits.
Conduct Quality Check to identify logical errors in various HR databases.
Make recommendations to refine processes and procedures in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency of HR Operations.
Develop and monitor compliance to training calendar, post evaluation of training, competency mapping and maintain skill matrix.
Employee Counselling and Grievance Redressal.
Solicit and leverage feedback to identify opportunities to improve HR Operations and Processes.
Engage and effectively collaborate with other enabling functions.
Manage employee communication and internal announcements.
MBA in HR with 6+ Year experience of managing HR Operations in IT / Software Industry.
Hands-on with PeopleSoft / Adrenalin or related HRIS Software.
Strong competencies in MS Office and excel.
Demonstrates eye for detail and strong numerical ability to ensure 100% accuracy of HRIS in all HR databases.
Demonstrates experience in applying adult learning principles.
Flair to engage with employees and develop rapport with ability to work in diverse teams globally.
