RESPONSIBILITIES : -

  • Responsible for deciding sales objectives by forecasting, projecting expected sales volume and profit
  • Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work result
  • Maintains sales force by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Maintains sales force job results by counselling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and doing performance management
  • Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process
  • Collaborating with central teams to improve sales processes around culture, discipline, incentive, leads and closure

    • REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground
  • Experience : 5+ years of relevant experience in sales
  • Should have managed larger teams on ground
  • Focused and possess sales mindset
  • Team Leader with objective approach towards goal setting and monitoring
  • Ability to get things done and influence others
  • Analytical frame of mind & a go getter attitude
  • Demonstrates high ethical values
