Fresher Customer Care Executive For Vodafone

Responsibilities :

Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.

Candidate must have 0 year of experience in Customer Care executive Inbound process.

Candidate having prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an advantage

Should be ready to work either in Day or Night shifts.

Candidates with backlogs / arrears in their degree can also apply.

Responsible for dealing with either Domestic or International Clients.

Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries.

Skills :

Should be fluent in English or Hindi

Should have good communication skills

Good Command over the language

Educational requirements for BPO / Voice / Non Voice process :

High school or Equivalent

Salary :

10000-16000 PLUS INCENTIVES UP TO 6000 IN DOMESTIC BPO

14000-26000 FOR INTERNATIONAL BPO
