ABOUT THIS JOB
As an HFM Senior Executive, the primary responsibility of the position will be support of the full lifecycle of a Hyperion Financial Management support and implementation including designing, architecting, developing, testing & deployment.
Maintain and administer all facets of Hyperion Financial Management System 11.1.2.x.
Maintain metadata hierarchies, lists, rules, reports, security and documentation of processes and procedures.
Day to day administration of Hyperion that includes user provisioning, monitoring of audit logs and system activity required to ensure a stable Hyperion environment
Support monthly and quarterly Financial Close and Reporting processes plus Forecasting and Budgeting cycles.
Technical Support to business users
Preparing evidence for HFM SOX Audit
Performing Data Extracts using HFM’s Extended Analytics functionality
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word & Access) knowledge.
Excellent Communication Skills to support Global user base.
Finance Background Understands CoA, Balance Sheet, Income Statements, Cash Flow, etc.
MS SQL Basic Knowledge SQL Queries / Import Export etc.
Monitor Incidents on a daily basis and ensure that resolution is within the agreed SLAs
Ability to work under challenging environment and timelines
Helping users in Smart View (Excel add-in) troubleshooting and installations

With a Strong background on the following Financial consolidation / reporting systems / tools, you’re a consultant who can work under pressure to deliver on the shifting needs of the clients.

Experience in large enterprise with global presence
Understanding of financial accounting processes (corporate month end close and consolidation)
Team player that can collaborate with multi-cultural business users for support, training and system requirements gathering
Excellent Communication Skills to support Global user base
Finance Background : Understands COA, Balance Sheet, Income Statements, Cash Flow etc.
Knowledge of SAP Integration preferred not mandatory
Full Cycle Upgrade experience of HFM
Knowledge of FCCS preferred not mandatory
Experience managing a small team
Good presentation and stakeholder management skills
Understanding of Audit / SOX requirements
Basic relational Database know-how
Troubleshooting, Diagnostic and Technical skills, not limited to, MS Excel & MS Access, Windows server, PowerShell, VBscript, etc.
