JOB DESCRIPTION : -
Analyses the client's risk profile including their nature of business, existing insurance coverage, past claims experience, etc.
Underwrite commercial risks including property, engineering, liability, marine, and other miscellaneous insurance products as per the client's requirements
Collate necessary client data / documents and prepare RFQs of various insurers based on the same.
Be commercially aware in order to negotiate discounts, terms, and clauses with insurers and ensure the client receives the best possible quote
Resolve client queries by coordinating with insurance insurers wherever required
Coordinate with insurers and various departments such as Sales and Client Servicing for finalizing quotes.
Maintain a systematic record of quotations along with reasons for non-conversion for period review by senior management.
Required Candidate profile : -
5 years of experience in underwriting commercial risk proposals with in-depth knowledge of various products
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

2. POSITIONS : - COMMERCIAL CLAIMS
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a candidate who has good knowledge of Non-Motor Claims-Fire, Marine, Engineering & has handled a similar profile.
Handling all the corporate claims
Coordinating with client and surveyor for documents for proving the liability of a claim and for assessment of the extent of the loss.
Visit loss sites along with Surveyors, guide customers to take loss mitigation steps.
Maintaining claims data in CRM
Take the claim towards the closure through close interaction with Surveyors / experts and customers.
Providing valuable feedback about the contents and coverage of a policy.
Solving the complexities in a claim and settling the same within Turnaround time.
To closely observe the developments of all the Losses reported & ensure their timely settlement.
To attend Audit Queries and analyze the audit trends of previous years.
Maintaining rapport with all TPA and Insurance Companies
Send intimation to insurance co. for Claims in a proper format.
Follow-up with insurance co. for appointment of Surveyor.
Inform the details of Surveyor to a client and co-ordinate with Surveyor & client to facilitate the Survey.
Follow-up with Surveyor for Letter of Requirement and send it to the client once received.
Follow-up and help the client to arrange necessary documents as required by Surveyor.
Follow-up with Surveyor for Final Report.
Follow-up with insurance co. for final settlement.

4. POSITION : - DIRECT SALES - LIFE INSURANCE
Life Business
Underwriting & Placement for life business Retail & corporate
Documentation and Proposal Set including KYC
Premium Payment tracking
Daily Monitoring and completion of entries in the system
Renewals follow-up, tracking, and lapse, etc.
Monthly Closing and reconciliation
Finalize and obtain receivable rates and share with accounts
Track receivables.
Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
Make the customer understand the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets the customer's requirements.
Self-sourcing of customer leads from own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
Customer Leads when provided are to be called and fix appointments for sales visits and convert the lead to sales.
Cross-sell / Up-sell products.
Assuring that the business targets are met as per the goal sheet given.
Required Candidate profile
Should have a minimum of 4 years and above experience in Insurance sales.

5. POSITION : - REINSURANCE FACULTATIVE RI
Responsible for Facultative Underwriting and Placements received from the Cedants / Retro Cedant.
Liaison and Relationship Building with Cedants for new business opportunities.
Process the Submission with necessary / relevant documents as per the laid down RI Placement guidelines.
Ensure timely updation of the business in the RI System.
Manage Post Placement activity viz. Cover Note, Signed RI Slips, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Placement Chart, etc.
Ensure TATs for each activity are followed.
Ensure Compliance with Premium Payment warranty on each and every business underwritten by us.
Management of Claims, if any reported in the placement handled by the Company.
Liaison with Accounts Team to ensure Timely receipt of Premium from Cedant and Remittance of Premium to Reinsurer and our Brokerage.
Ensure time-bound settlement of the claim for cedant.
Follow-up with Cedants, Reinsurer and / or Co-Broker(s) for any matter relating to Facultative Business placed by us.
Control and Manage reminders for Renewal of Business as per defined TATs.
Manage the MIS and provide the necessary report for regulatory filings under advice to Head RI for all the branches.
Manage the Database of Cedants and Reinsurer and ensure that we have on record the FRN and / or ratings of each reinsurer.
Required Candidate profile : -
Associate / Fellow of Insurance Institute of India (Preferred)
Experience of 3-4 years in Reinsurance Facultative Business (Preferred)

6. POSITION : - DIGITAL RETAIL
Assume full responsibility for setting up digital retail operations and their profitability.
Independently head the sales, strategy, and distribution of digital retail insurance.
Prepares complete plan including strategy, resource requirement, infrastructure, and budget forecast.
Responsible for integrating all digital activities / relationships into a single platform and ensuring the same is properly managed, serviced, and made profitable.
Identify potential customers and partner with them to understand their needs and objectives.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations to the management.
Work with the insurance companies for product selection, rates, and SLA.
Responsible for the successful rollout of the product to the client.
Work collaboratively across teams - including operations, after-sales support & IT.
