Whatis the Supervisor-TA Channel USTA Customer Operations group is responsible for?

Aligns workgroup or team to GlobalTA business objectives and climate to drive positive customer experience andprotect best interest of shareholders, the funds and FRI.

  • Develops and drivesgoals in support of strategic and operational plans for the department; setspriorities and administers implementation of business solutions;
  • anddrives / promotes change adoption. Engages team, develops direct reports,advocates for staff developmental needs, and proactively manages pay forperformance philosophy.

    Monitors compliance with and contributes to theevolution of internal policies and procedures. Collaborates locally and acrossregions with cross-

    functional leaders to plan for and coordinate short-term objectivesand builds relationships with peers and business partners to drive thebusiness.

    Whatare the ongoing responsibilities of the Supervisor-TA Channel ?

  • Responsible for day-to-day management,monitoring and reporting of Transaction Processing and Quality Controloperations carried out by the assigned team.
  • Ensure that all transaction processing, qualitycontrol and reporting functions are carried out in accordance with theapplicable US TA policies, procedures & governing regulations.
  • Manage the workflow between US offices and thePoznan team, provide continuous resolutions, feedback on bottlenecks andsuggestions for smooth operations.
  • Ensure that all transaction processing, qualitycontrol and reporting functions are completed in accordance with productivityand quality standards set by the US TA.
  • Produce and submit accurate and timelyoperational reports and other data as required.
  • Manage staff development and performancemanagement in accordance with Corporate PMP standards.
  • Ensure that all staff related administrativetasks are completed.
  • Responsible for process improvements / enhancements that add value to our processes and controls.
  • Support all employee engagement and developmentinitiatives.
  • Responsible for managing retention withinbudgeted levels.
  • Time Allocation :

  • Leadership and Talent Management 50%
  • Ops Management & Service Delivery,Relationship Management 35%
  • Strategy & Business Planning, FinancialManagement 15%

  • Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum work experience of 3 Years (within or outside Franklin Templeton).
  • Fully proficient with all office system applications.
  • Well-developed verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and perform duties under general direction.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department and corporate guidelines.
  • Ability to build relationships within TA and with other business partners.
  • Ability to deliver excellent results within the established timeframes while managing multiple priorities.
  • Flexible to work in night shifts.
  • Strong people development and soft skills.
