Under the responsibility of the Global Ticketing and Refunds Manager, the Senior Team Leader Ticketing has accountability for the performance of the IGT ticketing team (APAC), China ticketing team and one Operations SME through defining, implementing and monitoring team objectives.
You will ensure the accurate and timely processing of Egencia ticketing tasks whilst ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.
act as the go-to person for issues for internal colleagues and provide support all areas of the APAC Shared Ticketing Team.
