    You will support a small and thriving team in reviewing sales contracts, managing day to day activities of existing contracts and also participate in contract negotiations.

    With this role, you will find great chance to develop relationships across different business teams for ex. sales team, legal and build network among different stakeholders.

  • Manage the contract delivery in internal system by monitoring the milestones, invoice and revenue status
  • Cooperate with project team to calculate penalty or service credit based on KPI / KQI result
  • Customer contact person to manage and solve contract disputes and claims
  • Ensure commercial and contract work flows follow the company’s internal principles and audit regulations
  • Propose ideas to optimise and monitor the business activities to comply with contract generation and management processes
  • Involvement in end to end contract management, i.e. reviewing, managing existing contracts, participating in negotiations and engaging with our current customers in telecommunication and enterprise market
  • Prepare and review the bidding documents, contract drafts and related amendments e.g., commercial proposal, together with project team to guarantee the quality of documents
