Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Owns end to end I&C with Site RFS
Ensuring on time delivery of the project
Provides monthly deviation reports
Excellent interpersonal skills with co-ordination with vendor and other internal teams for success of the project
Ensure on time material delivery on site and achieve daily project targets.
Co-ordinate with RF Lead, Material lead, Transport lead, RFI lead and cluster leads for their delivery challenges
Responsible for I&C of sites, site integration, material return at all times
Responsible to manage Site quality audit, site acceptance, cluster optimization etc. and reporting
Responsible to oversee HSW / HSE audit reports
Provide Monthly reporting of all activities
Need to co-ordinate Material logistics team, SCM team, HSW team.
Drive the procurement and technical planning Corrects mission critical utility infrastructure problems effectively at optimal costs and in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Experience
15+ years in process driven Service / Collections / Sales Roles with at least 10 years of experience of designing, implementing and ensuring compliance to processes.
Exposure of handling a large multi-location rollout teams
Industry Leadership experience in 2G / 3G / 4G Rollouts
Proven vendor management skills and optimisation
