About the job - RPA Solutions Consultant
We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, customer-focused RPA Solutions Consultant ( Pre-Sales )who will be responsible for defining solutions that meet the business and technical requirements of NICE’s customers.
RPA Solution Consultant is an advanced technical and sales expert and source of knowledge for the wide NICE APA portfolio, with an ability to master designs that combine multiple technical domains across various industries, analytical skills to understand customers’ environments as well operational / business challenges and needs.
Furthermore, act as an interface between the customer, sales and presales organization, delivery services teams, and NICE portfolio across APAC Region.
RPA Solutions Consultant will play a critical role in ensuring overall revenue retention and growth, securing new customers, and supporting complex sales campaigns for the APAC region.
Who you are
You have at least 7 years of technical sales experience of executing and managing complex software sales & minimum 3 years of experience in Real-Time Solutions (Technical, Architect, Support and Delivery).
Minimum 2 years of experience in any of the leading RPA vendors offerings. Certification would be a plus.
Solid technical background in digital technologies & hands on experience in developing and deploying production robots.
You are creative and results-driven senior presales individual with excellent communication, presentation & demonstration skills.
You are a skilled technical pre-sales professional who collaborates closely with and provides solution guidance and prototyping to multiple customers / partners / sales.
You have a deep technical and foundational knowledge of relevant RPA & AI technologies.
Exposure to typical business applications and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle and Peoplesoft.
You are very familiar with SaaS, Cloud architectures & have Industry Vertical knowledge along with emerging standards and technology trends.
Experience in programming .NET (C# or VB), Java + node-based programming would be Plus
Strong IT background (a computer science, electrical or engineering degree or proven track record of deep technical exposure).
Willing and able to travel 30% (post COVID-19) based on customer and business need.
What You’ll Do
Work directly on day-to-day basis with the Pre-Sales and Account Directors across the APAC region to understand customers' challenges & Translate discovery work into viable solutions.
Provide architectural design to account teams, business entities and partners aligning to the customer requirements.
Create & deliver presentations for both Business and IT executives.
Enable partner technical sales teams to address customer requirements aligning to customer business objectives.
Help partners to develop their COE labs for showcasing solutions.
Conduct customer demonstrations and POC’s to showcase the value of the NICE Automation Offering.
Ability to manage and deliver on multiple, competing, and conflicting priorities simultaneously.
Develop workflows and projects for specific use cases by integrating different applications & products including BPM, AI, ML, OCR, Discovery, Analytics, Cloud & Security.
In addition to a sound knowledge of NICE’s Automation Offerings, you will possess a good understanding of competitive solutions in the market.
You will gain good understanding around NICE’s entire Portfolio with an emphasis on the NICE APA (Automation) solutions.
