Role Description :
Leading GDS’ charge in helping EY extend its leading client services networks and drive improved firm margins is the Growth Acceleration Group (GAG) .
By transforming the way GDS engages with its regional users, the GAG has become a model for generating the connective tissue that allows the firm and its clients to realize the benefits of its service delivery investments.
Leveraging a holistic and integrated One GDS strategy, and by putting regional at the center of business and understanding their needs, the GAG has helped scale up GDS services as fast as technology and the resulting client demand has grown.
The GAG has been a critical success factor in achieving our leadership’s vision of transforming GDS into a trusted business advisor by delivering exceptional client service.
The senior associate would work closely with the Manager / Senior Manager of the function and provide project coordination, operational and administrative support.
The role calls for frequent interactions and connects with internal stakeholders at different levels, located in various GDS centers.
The individual is expected to have good operational and project management skills.
Essential Functions of the Job :
Play a lead role in managing virtual / in-person client visits by developing plans in conjunction with internal and external leadership, conceptualize themes, project manage preparation activities, coordinate with administrative and guest relationship teams.
Provide assistance in developing presentations, periodic and ad hoc reports and other collaterals with accuracy, within the agreed timelines and as per the EY standards
Assist in identifying data sources; perform data collection, analysis, and interpretation of data; preparation and presentation of reports to the stakeholders for decision making / overall positioning of the geographies.
Collaborate with reporting / business analytics function to deliver insightful reporting, improve data integrity and management, and utilize analytics to help the leadership team evaluate and drive business performance
The team member will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams such as creative services, reporting, and analytics and provide support in preparation of various collaterals, business insights pertaining to a geography and or GDS
Carry out insightful research and analysis in terms of customer specific growth drivers, scalability, demand for services / solutions, existing and potential competition
Ability to gather strategic decision making requirements from businesses to develop management metrics, design and implement business and performance dashboards
Work closely with the lead in managing the assignedprojects / initiatives to ensure its completion within the target date
Liaise with the lead and other project stakeholders in arriving at a plan for execution, tracking progress against the plan, reporting the progress on a periodic basis, identification of issues and facilitating its timely resolution
Knowledge and Skills Requirements :
Strong relationship management skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills ability to establish credibility and present information effectively, both orally, and in writing with senior stakeholders
Ability to work within a matrix and virtual environment where a one size fits all may not be sufficient.

Culturally sensitive, capable of handling interactions with a global mindset .
Knowledge of management concepts / tools such as Balanced Scorecard, Benchmarking, Business Process Reengineering, Change Management, Customer Relationship Management, Business Value proposition etc.
Supervision Responsibilities :
The role is primarily an independent contributor role, however, the individual is required to work with cross functional teams.
Other Requirements :
Good knowledge and understanding of outsourcing / shared services industry and related micro / macro-economic indicators
Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills
Professional services firm work experience is desirable
