Primary Responsibility :
Fleet deployment and Operations management for all assigned Centres.
Scheduling / Planning, Dry run / Test Runs for the fleets.
Manage all Routes, stop and capacity planning.
Review daily centre operations and records.
Report maintenance - Biomtric calibration, Accident Incident report files.
Servicing (AMC's / non AMC's) basis the plan of action.
Verify all Fueling and maintenance, Billing and records.
Run the periodical, Annual, Preventive maintenance.
Customer and Vendor Management
Introduce Continuous Improvement, Innovation and optimization plans.
Determination of Customer Satisfaction / Dissatisfaction / Engagement.
Monitoring & Measurement of all vendor provided Services.
Secondary Responsibility :
Records and Compliances
Be an audit point to all RTO papers in buses & Safety inspection.
Be an audit point to all Accident inspection / surveys / repairs and claim.
Span of Control :
Executive-Sr. Executives Transport Operations members.
Procurement Decision : N.A.
Reimbursement Decision : Applicable Experience :
Minimum 5-8 years experience in School Bus operations
Expected Competencies :
Extensive knowledge of the transportation industry.
Excellent geographical knowledge (intra-city)
Good people management and coordination skills. Good Communication Skills.
Ability to appraise and use computer system and electronic communication methods.
