Responsible for full-cycle recruiting : Interview, Offer, Negotiation and Close candidates for assigned requisitions
Sourcing from Job Portals. Making job postingson the Job Portal
Responsible for achieving a good conversionratio of Submittals into interview and placement
Responsible for Strategy Development processwhich includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevanttargets
Validation of Resumes for experience andverification of work status
Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle forassigned clients.
Interacting with the hiring managers tounderstand the Job Requirements as well as take help of Search Portals andcandidates to understand specifications.
Applied sourcing methods to find the rightcandidates by leveraging different tools like internal database, job portals(Naukri, Monster), networking sites like LinkedIn and internal referrals.
Screening the profiles suitable for the Client'srequirement based on the salary offered and experiences in the industry, skillsand assignments to be handled.
Short-listing resumes based on the requirements.
Gathering information about candidates (Workexperience, present and expected compensation, location / relocation information,work authorization status, Notice Period, availability for the interview, andmotivation factors, etc.).
Conducting preliminary round of interviews ofcandidates before sending their profile to the client by telephonic round ofinterview.
Interacting with clients to get the interviewschedule for short-listed candidates and making sure that candidate should notbe a 'No-
Show' by constant follow-up.
Collects feedback from interviewers andinforming the candidates on the same.
Scheduling the interviews & arranging forWalk-in drives
Handled initial rounds (Aptitude Test) ofinterview & the final round of HR interview.
Good team player and skilled at multi-tasking
