Job Description

Own End to End SFA& Responsibility for SFA features, Roadmap & Experience

Identifytypical and alternate customer use cases and conceptualize and launchfeatures / functionality to support them

Collaboratein a cross-functional team composed of software developers / engineering, UI / UX,Insurance Sales force, Sales Support, and Finance / Procurement.

Launch MobileApp and customer buying journeys for Insurance Sales force.

Performcompetitor analysis and benchmarking

Emphasis onthe need to drive partner integrations at multiple levels includingproduct / APIs, process and business aspects.

Identifyareas of improvement through data, customer feedback or research - prioritizeit, and transform it into clearly defined product requirements

Come up withthe clear business impact for every suggested feature

Guide userexperience design planning and delivery with the UX Agencies

Coordinatewith Agencies in-charge of development and IT / Software engineering across andgoes to deliver product functionality that set us apart from our competition

Interpretdata, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

Desired Profile

5+years of experience in handling a Sales Force Automation role.
