Job Description / Responsibilities : - Work together with Application Support Manager to provide amazing customer support to users, ranging from small to large online retailers like Etsy, Wish, Amazon, Groupon Goods, etc -
Work with our customers to understand their problems, frustrations and roadblocks. - Provide your analysis to internal stakeholders, educating and evangelizing for improvements that result in a support experience that delights customers.
Excellent in Communication (English - both written and verbal) - Basic Knowledge on Application Support / Ticketing system -
Must be aware of 24 / 7 work environment - Both sides cabs and meal will be provided Basic / UG Qualification : B.Tech / BE -
